Why not just say yes?

One of the things we have learned from leading trips with Complete Cuba and traveling in general is that sometimes it's best to just say yes.  Try new experiences, check your doubts at the door, and open your mind to giving something a try you wouldn't at home.

Today, saying yes meant I met my new friend pictured below.  We hired a driver from the Cusco, Peru airport to the Sacred Valley, with some prearranged stops on the way.  The driver asked Amy if we wanted to make an additional stop.  She wasn't 100% sure she understood what he was saying (we had a very early flight this morning and are pretty tired, plus adjusting to the altitude has been interesting).  But since the other bonus stop he added was a great view, she decided to assume her Spanish translation was more or less right, that he was suggesting a stop having to do with visiting alpacas, and decided to just say yes.  We ended up getting to meet several alpacas who are part of a community project, and some of whom were quite friendly.       

Why not just say yes?
